This school-bus-specific configuration features genuine air brake systems, an OEM dashboard cluster, and a 3-axis motion platform that simulates real road conditions. The system prepares professional school bus operators by letting them practice maneuvering large vehicles in challenging environments including school zones, residential neighborhoods, tight streets, pedestrian crossings, and variable weather— all without putting students or the public at risk. Drivers experience realistic scenarios such as railroad crossings, student loading and unloading areas, blind-spot management, and emergency maneuvering in a completely safe learning environment.

The Genesis platform offers multiple bus configurations to meet different pupil-transportation requirements. This unit specializes in K–12 school bus driving, but can be used for multi-purpose training. Beyond standard Type C and Type D school buses, organizations can train operators for special-needs routes, activity buses, and various other student transportation applications. NOTE: This simulator does not include a functional stop-arm feature; stop-arm procedures can still be trained through scenario-based instruction.

The system gives instructors an operation console for scenario control and student monitoring, plus an auxiliary training station for documentation or observation.
