Information collected automatically: When you use the Services, we automatically collect device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps). This supports security, operations, analytics, and reporting.

If you choose to receive SMS notifications from Excel Driver Services, we will collect your mobile phone number solely for this purpose. SMS messages may include service alerts, class updates, and promotional offers. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages.

  • Your SMS consent will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or any other purpose.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or emailing us at driver@exceldriverservices.com.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply.

5) COOKIES & TRACKING

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and measure the Services. Where required by law, we obtain consent. Your browser may allow you to block cookies; some features may not function without them.

6) SOCIAL LOGINS

We do not offer social media login. Account creation uses email credentials.

7) INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our servers and vendors may be located in the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. We take appropriate measures consistent with this notice and applicable law.

8) DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, warranty/service records). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it; if not possible (e.g., backups), we securely store and isolate it until deletion is feasible.

11) DO-NOT-TRACK

No uniform DNT standard exists; we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

12) CALIFORNIA PRIVACY DISCLOSURES

California residents may request information about our disclosures for direct marketing (Shine the Light). We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email support@sim-tech.us. If you are under 18, have a registered account, and posted content you wish to remove, contact us; we will take reasonable steps to remove it where required.

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date indicates the effective date. Material changes may be communicated via prominent notice.
