If you choose to receive SMS notifications from Excel Driver Services, we will collect your mobile phone number solely for this purpose. SMS messages may include service alerts, class updates, and promotional offers. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages.
- Your SMS consent will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or any other purpose.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and measure the Services. Where required by law, we obtain consent. Your browser may allow you to block cookies; some features may not function without them.
6) SOCIAL LOGINS
We do not offer social media login. Account creation uses email credentials.
7) INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our servers and vendors may be located in the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. We take appropriate measures consistent with this notice and applicable law.

If you are under 18, have a registered account, and posted content you wish to remove, contact us; we will take reasonable steps to remove it where required.

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date indicates the effective date. Material changes may be communicated via prominent notice.
