This EMS-specific configuration features virtual air brake systems (or hydraulic brake systems depending on chosen ambulance model), an OEM dashboard cluster, and a 3-axis motion platform that simulates real road conditions. The system prepares professional EMS operators by letting them practice maneuvering emergency vehicles through demanding environments including dense traffic, tight intersections, residential neighborhoods, and complex incident scenes— all without putting patients, crews, or the public at risk. Drivers experience realistic scenarios such as high-priority responses, intersection clearing, evasive maneuvers, and patient-comfort considerations inside the patient compartment, all within a completely safe learning environment.

The Genesis platform offers multiple emergency vehicle configurations to meet different public-safety needs. This unit specializes in ambulance and EMS driving, but can be used for multi-purpose emergency response training. Beyond standard Type I, II, and III ambulances, organizations can prepare operators for non-emergency medical transport, fire-service utility vehicles, and various other public-safety applications. NOTE: This simulator focuses on emergency vehicle operations and does not include patient-care simulation features.
