The Competition Event: Rules of the Road

The 2010/2011 Driving Simulation Rodeo is a series of four rodeos that take place at each annual Firehouse conference: Firehouse World, Firehouse Expo, and Firehouse Central.

The competition is a series of driving sim scenarios which are created and chosen by the Sim Tech Team.  They will be held in the Spartan booth of each show and
may be specific hours during the Firehouse exhibit shows that are strictly set aside for the competition (check the booths at the shows for times).  Each participant
will be logged into the driving sim where he/she will be graded on how they perform taking into account: safety, correct procedures, skills, and time.

The top scoring contestant will be posted on the Web site after the last show competition, as well as contacted from a Sim Tech member (so make sure we get your contact number/email when you sign up).  The best score will be declared "winner" of that particular show and become a finalist for the San Diego Firehouse World "Drive-Off" at Firehouse World 2012.  The winners of the four Firehouse events leading up to the 2012 San Diego Firehouse World show will have a paid roundtrip airline ticket and 2 nights lodging in San Diego compliments of Firehouse, Spartan Chassis, and Simulation Technology.
